Sharing Your Google My Business Profile

Please follow the instructions below in order to grant us access to your Google My Business profile.

1. Go to business.google.com and click “Sign In” if you aren’t already.  (Note: You must sign into the Google/Gmail account that has your Google My Business profile).

2. If a survey box pops up, click “Stay Here” and then click “Yes” when it asks if you have tried managing your profile on maps/search and then choose “I prefer how Google Business Profile Manager looks” and choose Submit feedback.

3. Once you are logged in, go to the Users menu item on the left side of your screen. (If you don’t see this, try visiting https://business.google.com/locations and if you continue to have troubles, open up a private browser window and try logging into your Google account there )

If you have more than one GMB profile, you may need to click “Businesses” on the bottom left of your screen to switch to the appropriate one.

If you are logged into more than one Google account, you may need to click the circle in the upper right corner of your screen to switch to the correct account.

4. After you click Users on the left menu, click the “Add Users” button.

5. Enter [email protected] into the email field and then click on the email address that it finds. It will then confirm and move the email up above like in the example pictures.

Please make us an owner for the role as well.  You will still be the primary owner and have full control and we can never change this.
